Brenda is an extremely rude lady. I called and she talks over me all the time, has a snotty attitude and is never willing to help me. I do not recommend using this bank. She has very poor customer service skills and is a very nasty women. I will be switching banks to BB&T, my mom uses them and said they're always willing to help her. Bye merchants you cruddy bank!
